About Me

I am Scott Mikutsky, an Engineering Technician and impassioned maker.

Most recently at Goddard Space Flight Center, I supported alignment and metrology for the integration and testing of spacecraft, primarily the Roman Space Telescope.

As a hobbyist maker I specialize in the design and prototyping of the hardware and software/firmware of embedded devices with a focus on 3D Printers.

I also volunteer as a member of Positron 3D, the team developing and supporting the open–source Positron 3D printer which was nominated for the 2024 3D Printing Industry Awards' Desktop FFF 3D Printer of the Year!
